These Terms of Service (hereinafter -- the Agreement) govern the relationship between KommoExpert (hereinafter -- the Company) and the user of the website kommoexpert.ru (hereinafter -- the Website). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any terms, please stop using the Website. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.

The Company provides the following CRM-related services: - Implementation and configuration of Kommo CRM tailored to client business processes - Sales funnel and business process automation - Integration of Kommo CRM with external services (1C, messengers, telephony, websites) - Development of custom widgets for Kommo CRM - Team training on CRM system usage - Technical support and CRM maintenance - Audit of existing CRM processes The Website serves as the Company's informational resource and a means of accepting service requests.

By using the Website, the user agrees to: - Provide accurate information when filling out contact forms - Use the Website only for lawful purposes - Not take actions aimed at disrupting the Website's functionality - Not attempt unauthorized access to Website resources - Not use automated tools to collect data from the Website without the Company's written permission - Comply with applicable legislation when using the Website and the Company's services

All materials published on the Website (texts, images, logos, design, software code) are the intellectual property of the Company or used with the permission of rights holders. Service costs are determined individually and specified in the service agreement. Key terms: - Payment is made based on an issued invoice - Payment deadline: 5 business days from invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the agreement - Payment method: bank transfer to the Company's account - Advance payment for the first stage of work is 50%, unless otherwise agreed by the parties Detailed payment terms, including payment schedules, are determined in individual agreements.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by notifying the other party 30 calendar days in advance. Upon termination: - The Company transfers all completed work results to the client - Settlement is made for actually rendered services - The client retains full access to their CRM system and all configurations - Confidential information is subject to deletion or return The Company reserves the right to suspend services if the client violates payment terms.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the Company's jurisdiction.
